Suggestion Grapple Shock

Use: Forebenders would be able to aim lightning down a metal cable(grappling hook) by just clicking the line with lightning, and it would remove the grapple, and do 1.5 the damage of normal lightning.

This idea is very similar to how the lieutenant of the equalists shocked the ladder that Mako and Bolin were climbing down. The idea is good, but I'm not sure how the lightning would go down the wire in a way that you could see it..

I don't think they can code it to trace the fishing line is what I mean, but maybe they could.

It won't necessarily need to go exactly along the line, since it is just sparks, perhaps like particles homing in.
