Use: Click on ice, and shift until a line of ice goes toward the direction your cursor is, going over land, water, and ice. This would do damage, and knockup the bender a couple blocks, and freeze the bender in place, with the ice on the bottom melting first, until the top is melted.
Warmup: 4 seconds.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.
Damage: 3 hearts.
Range: 20 blocks.

going over land

Roku's move never appeared to cross land, it was always above water.. This makes me think of it as more of a frozen tidal wave..

Yeah, well it is somewhat believeable to be able to go over land. At the very least, we won't be buffing water campers.
