Suggestion Platinum Chains

Item: Platinum Chains
Use: This would be a assist item for staff. At any time staff can put chains on a player if they right click said player, and that will give them slowness and would block bending ability's like raiseearth, walloffire, surge, airshield, basically anything that would require a bender to spread their feet for a stronger stance. If after that the staff member shift right clicked the ground then the bender would be bound to that spot. If the staff member right clicked the air, the bender would be forced to follow within 5 blocks of the staff member. This would also block all lavabending, since that requires a very strong stance. It would have perms to the item off by default. It would last until the same player that put the chains on takes them off. It would have a crafting recipe, but only staff will be able to craft it by default.

Okay, well if the player is chained, can it be a thing where they are chained to certain spot or is it so they can still walk? So shift click could simulate crouching down and pinning in the chains?

I think this would be a good idea, but if it is craftable is this open to everyone even though you are saying server admins?
How about a use permission so this could be given to a police force?

I'd like to see it as a police thing to be fair, so like the permission is default to Opped players or players with bending.*, I run a ranked bending server so it would be nice to see this implemented

I am unable to do so, but I am able to report them. Just like you. And everyone else. Also mind editing all your posts into one post? Takes up less scroll space for everyone and less lag from signature gifs.

I noticed he has been posting the same weirdo noob kind of stuff on a few threads, like in discharge he implied some stuff off the name of the move. Kinda is something that needs to stop, I guess we can get someone like @Coolade to keep an eye on him if he is also the staff kind of staff.
