Fixed Prokectkorra and PermissionsEx

I have projectkorra core 1.5.0 beta 20.
I cannot get my users to be able to use the move Fireblast, or many others, only me and another admin with the permission * can use them. Nothing seems to work not bending.ability.fireblast, bending.ability.Fireblast or bending.ability.FireBlast

I have the same issue on my server, however the problem is with FireBlast and Combustion.
No one is able to use these abilities unless Opped or .* has been given,
I've tried all sorts of permissions like the ones above and also bending.fire - I'm using the latest Dev build of ProjectKorra

What version of minecraft are you using? 1.8?

I think your fire problems might be worldguard, Put these commands in:
/region flag __global__ lighter allow
/region flag __global__ tnt allow
That should fix moves such as: blaze, combustion, fireblast, etc.
