Waterbenders who are standing on a lily pad will allow them to sail on a water like boat with and while standing on a lily pad
How2use: You need to be standing on it while in use of the ability. You'll need to select waterspout or clear slot in order to sail. Then without changing a slot ,you will need to shift and look at the direction you want to sail to.

As you long as you are shifting the lily pad will move towards with you in the direction your curson is pointing (obviously it will move only on water).If you shift while looking downwards on a lily pad, it will then immediately break, without dropping it as an item. This waterspout addon only works for benders you have permission to plantbend.

Pros: adds a new mobility passive to waterspoit as a plantbending sub.
Cons: it will sail very very slow tho (like 5s. per block) so not very suited for retrieting from a combat. Tho ,the speed is configurable

First off, this is a LILY PAD. Its got the density of maybe 10 sheets of paper. Not to mention, its not canon. Why dont you just use waterwave or fastswim since there are lily pads nearby there has to be water. Also if the move is that slow its useless. Waterspout is quite literally 4 times faster than what you suggest.

Just re-edited and told that the speed would be configurable. Maybe this could have an affect (while sailing) to other players causing them to sail while they are standing on lily pads near you in certain radius ,to make abit usefull?

There are a couple problems with this. One, lily pads, for the most part, are not agreeable with water above them and land under them. The water would literally have to float and not touch the lily pad while solid ground breaks lili pads. Additionally, there is literally nothing in the series that is remotely similar to this move, including the plantbending tangent. Denied.
