Name: RazorRings
Description: Combo: Torrent (left-click) > Torrent (hold sneak) > WaterManipulation (left-click) x4. Release forward multiple razor-sharp rings of water to cut into targets.
How it could work: Torrent (left-click) selects the source, Torrent (hold sneak) creates the rotation component of the rings, giving them their form. The player must hold sneak while switching to WaterManipulation. WaterManipulation (left-click) x 4 is the release of the RazorRings. It can be left-clicked four times for four rings, each dealing 2 damage (1 heart). It could look and function much like FireWheel but be made of water.
Alternatively, it would be great if players could alternate between left-click and right-click for the release of each RazorRing.
