Denied waterbending moves

i think there should be a move called waterflow so first you would type /b ch w then /b b waterflow how it would work you would click on water then hold down shift then water would start flowing around you then you could click and the water would shoot out in a direction (like torrent) but instead of having it just disapear when it hits something wall ground ceiling etc.. it would stop then water would start flowing out of were it hit.
this move could be used to make water

we should be able to bend rain

First, many suggestions before you have suggested rainbending. It always ends with people being able to rainbend in caves without rain.
Second, the move you suggested already has a less op version in the ability a file able to download.
