After some disappointment in learning that there is no option in config to enable/disable ice reverting or not reverting, I came here in hopes of this feature making its way into 1.5.0 or beyond. It's something small, but could be useful for whatever type of server owners feel it necessary for.
The config would only directly apply to things like..using PhaseChange to turn a lake into solid ice, with the option enable in config this is now non-revertable; It could also apply to newer moves in the future that water requires reverting or what not O: But yeah, that's all.
