I was thinking that if its full moon , then waterbending moves will be thicker / longer.

Surge gets larger, surge shield gets larger, torrent and surge ice get larger, waterbubble is larger.. If a torrent or watermanipulation got larger than one block it'd look very, very weird and messy.

Most abilities are already affected by the full moon. WaterManip and Torrent could look messy if tampered with.
