I was not very specific in my last post so I will try to give more detail about the move.
Move name: water blade (open to better names)
Description: shoots plates of water (maybe snow too) at enemies. To use hold shift at water and a block of water will raise up. Then while still holding shift you can click to shoot the plates of water. If you release shift the block of water would fall. I think it could work for snow too since it can be layered. Once you shoot about 4 the block with disappear. As you shoot them the block should get shorter and shorter. I also think it could maybe cut through things kind of like how lava disk does.
Cooldown: 5 seconds maybe
Damage: .5 since it's pretty spammable
Range: about as far as a water manipulation would go
Speed: slower than iceblast but faster than water manipulation.
dont have a picture for water but the snow attack could look like this and maybe have the same animation as iceblast.
This was inspired by the fight between katara and master pakku.
