tremorsense improvment

I cant be the only one tired of tremorsense flickering all the time (it removes the glowstone blocks beneath you when you jump or fall down one block)
because of this i suggest that it will light up the area even if your one or even 2 blocks above an earthbendable block and not just if you really touch it
