Denied Surge Change

I suggest a tiny detail for surge shield to be applied where whenever you are falling with surge shield below your feet the shield would touch the bender where his feet lies on (where he stands) no matter if there holes are. Why i suggest this? Because most of the benders can protect their fall with their passive/abilities while waterbenders can still die with WATERshield below their fit if there are few holes on the ground. I personally think it's unfair for them to die that way

The surge shield is always a certain amount of blocks away from you. We cannot make it surge closer to you when you're falling and then have it the normal range when you're not falling. Denied.
