Denied Steam/ Smoke / Fog bending?

NAME: WaterMist
HOW IT WORKS: Click water source>> Hold shift>> Release shift (or click to aim at a certain area)
DESCRIPTION: It works like torrent, but when you release shift it releases smoke/ mist at every direction giving blindness to all players in its path for 5 second (can be configured) Additionally, if the waterbender clicks, the smoke will only go to the direction they clicked at (like torrent)

Sorry, at this moment this move doesn't seem like it makes too much sense right now. Yes water benders can create mist but in minecraft, blindness doesn't really resemble that enough to be worth adding a new move.
