Spigot Help

Hi, does anybody know how to go about installing the new spigot 1.8? I downloaded all of the things I needed to download, but from that point on I'm just lost. Any help would be appreciated.

You kind of just need to drop it into the server files. But you might want to test your plugins, make sure they're compatible and then install the latest versions if available.

Is that what you did? Because according to the Spigot site I need BuildTools and Github and a bunch of stuff. I have that but from there I'm lost.

When I updated I just installed the Spigot 1.8 version, then because plugins such as essentials, pex, and worldguard didn't want to work with it, I had to download the versions spigot updated
If you use any of these 4 plugins you need to click the link to get them for your server. Then just put them in the server files. Worked for me, server is running perfectly ^_^
