Complete Savable bindings

having a small file somewhere that players can save their binding setup, can only have 1-3 setups per element.
that way on servers where switching is allowed, after you /bending choose earth, you can set up your bindings, you can /bending save earth 1, then later /bending load earth 1

This is called presets and already a feature!
