Suggestion: Sourcing from plants doesn't completely expend them, instead it drains them of their moisture and they turn into a dead shrubs. The way that plant drain actually makes sense because in the show, when waterbenders drew water from their surroundings, they don't expend the plant completely. Basically the move should work just like plant drain does, turn flowers and grass into dead shrubs, leaves would have to be expended because there isn't any block they could turn into without looking weird.
