Move Name: Octopusform
Upgrade: When you shift on water and click, ice will come to you and cover the bottom half of the players body for 3 seconds, and when it is released people from nearby would get slight knockback.
Cannon: When Katara fought Mr. Pakku.

I do not think this is necessary for ProjectKorra at this time, Although it is canon (Based off of what you're telling me) I don't think it'd be a good addition.
