Is there any way I can get a version of the plugin for 1.12.2, I tried the latest version and it does not work on 1.12.2

That's because the latest version is for 1.13 and includes updates which are not present in 1.12 causing it to break on that version. The one you want is titled 1.8.7 in this link: https://projectkorra.com/forum/resources/projectkorra-core.1/history
Although I think you should consider updating to the latest versions of Minecraft, Spigot, and ProjectKorra.
