Complete NoCheatPlus compatiable

I feel like this should be compatible with nocheatplus everytime a player gets hit from the fireblast move this goes off http://prntscr.com/4iq5df

It should not be compatible because NoCheatPlus is checking the distance between the players when one player attacks another. If one player is attacking from too far away then it will show you that message. The standard attack range is probably in the range of 1-4 blocks or so, while FireBlast can hit from 15 or so blocks away depending on the config.

You have to compromise between either using bending or using NCP - there's not really a way to make them work together, because of the way projectkorra handles damage and movement, which NCP sees as cheating.

Maybe somewhere down the line somebody will code a ProjectKorraNoCheatPlus that checks if the player is attacking from long distance then checks what ability they have bounded to their slots. Or if the player seems to be flying they will check if they have FireJet/AirSpout/Tornado/WaterSpout/etc bound. In the mean time you kind of have to just choose PK or NCP.
