In this, we have an RPG with everyone picking characters with no powers. Just a few rules to set up.
1. No picking the same character as somebody else. 2 Batmans are OK, but only if there aren't 2 Bruce Wanes, Etc.
2. The character you make has to be plausibly beatable and kill-able by the characters already made.
3. No Hammerspace.
4. Try to keep futuristic tech at a minimum, it is okay if you use an advanced Laser Handgun, but not if you can't miss with it/it has sniper's range, and no extreme armor, nothing that can block a AK-47 Shot at point blank range at LEAST.
5. NO POWERS.
6. Submit an application before playing. I will give you an example of one first.
7. No using multiple characters at once.
8. No Death Note, no Supernatural Powers, no Magic.
9. No fighting from between dimensions. No existing in a different realm of existence. Everyone created is in the same Reality.
10. No 6th senses. Daredevil is OK, but just barely.
11. No using multiple characters at once. It is okay if you make one to replace your last, but not to use multiple at once.

Equipment: Two Handguns, Skin Mask that only comes off when applying a certain gas, Overcoat and Fedora that change colors when that gas is applied to it, Can of that specific gas.
