Where the bug exists: The hook for PreciousStones protection and bending
Description:
Owners and Allowed users cannot bend in their own fields. Being allowed/the owner of a field (Aka claim, protected land, etc etc.) means you can build, and to my understanding bending is tied to build permissions. Currently, if someone toggles prevent-place (Block placement flag, /ps toggle prevent-place) off, everyone can bend, but at the cost of allowing block placement on the field. The only build permission flags that exist for PreciousStones are prevent-place and prevent-destroy. Using the latest version of PreciousStones (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/preciousstones/)
What should be happening instead: Owners/Allowed users should be able to bend in their own fields, without having to allow everyone to bend/place blocks.
