Well firstly welcome, secondly, this is the site for the korra plugin which allows players to bend the elements in game, just like the tv series.
If you want information straight about the plugin, view the wiki which you can find a link to at the top of the page.
For downloads head to the home page.
For General topics view the forum section entitled ProjectKorra (Core).
For Extra moves check out the downloads > abilities section.

Heya! The ProjectKorra staff and I all hope you enjoy our plugin 
The forums are fairly simple:
"News" is where the staff post updates concerning the plugin's development
"Community News/Announcements" is where staff post specifically about this forum
"ProjectKorra Core" is about the main Core plugin, which adds the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Chi, which can be manipulated. They also have many subelements!
"Project Korra RPG" is about the RPG plugin that will be coming soon.
"Applications" is where experienced players can apply to become a Developer
"Staff Corner" is a locked off section of the forums for the staff to use only.
"Official Plugin releases" are where you can get the latest approved build of ProjectKorra
"ProjectKorra Side Plugins" are where side plugins, like RPG, will go in future
"Abilities" is a part of the forum where other users have coded their own moves for the plugin in ProjectKorra's unique move creation API
"Resource Packs" is for resource packs
and "Misc." is for random items.
This plugin allows you to "bend" (aka manipulate) the elements of water, fire, air, earth, and the martial art of chiblocking. Normal players can only bend one element, however the Avatar can bend all of them! It completely changes server dynamics and makes fighting very, very intense and skill based rather than traditional click spamming that you see in Vanilla MC. I hope you enjoy
