Im not sure how easy these may be to do, but here are 2 ideas i propose for making pk more customisable and for making it easier for developers to make addons.
Idea 1:
New Event: PlayerTriggerAbilityEvent
Triggers when a player uses a move. the event gives the name of the move.
Idea 2:
Every move has a configurable cooldown if desired, for example. giving earth blast a cooldown.
I think that basically says what my suggestions are ^-^
