What does this API do?
The MultiAbilityAPI allows for easy creation of moves that utilize the hotbar, much like WaterArms and ElementSphere.

Do I need the API?
If you want to use abilities that use this API then yes you do!

You simply drop the jar into the plugins folder and it will do the work for you!
