This move is really nice but it has no /bending help metalthrow description and it does not fall into the metalbending category when you do /bending display metalbending please update this so it is there and not in the normal earthbending category, other then this its a great move.

Ok I have a suggestion for this

Can you please make this a metalclips+ ability because it does not seem that it should be its own ability.

I will explain how it would work.

To use MetalThrow you click with metal clips. But to use the regular metalclips move you would hold shift and then click.

It makes a lot more sense to me.
