Lightning Permission nodes

So in the show not everyone could actually generate lightning. Mainly seen were Zuko and Aang.
So what I'm suggesting is that the lightning permission node be split in two, one for redirection one for generation
Ex.:
bending.ability.lightning.generation or bending.ability.lightninggeneration
and
bending.ability.lightning.redirection or bending.ability.lightningredirection

I could see this being integrated at some point, Alot of people actually do want to have "masters" who are able to redirect instead of everyone being able to do it.
