Bug Report Lightning/Fireburst Charge Bug

Project Korra 1.6.0 Beta 10 (Also occurs in Beta 8)
Ability Error
Description: When on a slot that has lightning bound to it, and you hold shift for any amount of time, even longer than the configuration dictate, lightning and fireburst will not charge. Other charge moves work like shockwave, fireblast, and airburst

In my console here is the error:

I have attempted to apply a fix to this, I was not able to reproduce the bug before the fix but thanks to the error log you provided I was able to correct some code. Hopefully this problem will be fixed in BETA 12
