LightBeam - This is just a more cooler version of SpiritBeam.

LightBeam:

Shoots a beam of bright Avatar energy. Stuns opponenets instead of burning them. Does not destroy blocks. Does less damage, but has more duration time.

Usage:

Hold sneak to fire an energy beam.

Config:

LightBeam:
      Cooldown: 5000
      Damage: 10
      Duration: 1350
      Range: 55
      StunDuration: 20

Perms:

bending.ability.LightBeam

Requirements:

1.8.0 and Above.

Um... I am trying to use this ability and its works great for me. However, players without OP cannot use it...?
