Icewall on snow doesn't work.

Plugin: Project Korra(Core)
Version: Project Korra 1.8 beta 6
Bug: You cannot create an icewall on snow
How I found it: I was trying to create an icewall on snow (not snow block but the short little slab thingy) and the icewall was not created. Nothing happened.
How it should work: Icewall should pop out of the snow slab thing and work just fine as if it were on water.

First of all, this is ProjectKorra RPG, which doesn't have its own abilities. Second of all, IceWall isn't a ProjectKorra move - it's an addon ability supplied by JedCore. If you want to still report this bug then talk to jedk1 about it; he is the developer of IceWall.
