To use:Either left-click in a direction to shoot a stream of ice that roughly follows your cursor and lasts about 0.7 seconds before it disappears.

Damage: 2.5 hearts

Knockback: 4 blocks

Cooldown: 20 seconds

I like the basic idea, but it's kinda too similar to Torrent and Iceblast.
