Hello,
The idea of the move IceGrab is it can freeze an opponents head.
Range: 10 or more blocks
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Damage: 1 heart
Deals Blind to target (block of ice will be their "hat" as long as blind is in effect)
Blind duration: 4 seconds
Requires a source block (a watermanipulated projectile can also be a source block for this move.)
This move cannot be redirected like torrent.
The example for this move can be found in episode 1 of Legend of Korra
