IceBlast Impact Particles

I recommend that the impact particles from IceBlast are reduced, or at least the size of the sphere should be reduced. When attacked on ice by a waterbender with iceblast, most players freeze up and are forced to take the beating and die from the spam of it. A single iceblast explosion isn't devastating, but when there is a constant snow storm around you it gets laggy.

i agree, it should just be smallered to like an area of 3x3 around the target
