How do i install addon plugins?

Addons/Custom Moves or Abilities should go in the /plugins/ProjectKorra/Addons/ folder.
And if it doesn't work, is there an error in your startup logs? It may be you have it in the right folder but the ability is outdated and doesn't work properly.

I don't have an addon folder
I was going from memory. The "abilities" folder then

Depending on the type of move you downloaded there are also Combo and Multiability folders. Be sure to check the add-ons description, they will usually tell you which folder it needs to be in. Most of the time the add-ons will go in the Abilities folder.
As of 1.8.0 Beta 10, Combos and Multiabilities now go in the Abiltities folder. Makes everything nice and neat by only being in one place.
But you are right. Be sure to read the authors installation guide when you download moves/abilities/side plugins.

JedCore is it's own plugin. You would just upload it to your plugins folder.

You downloaded the most recent JedCore and the most recent Project Korra CORE. You need the most recent Project Korra BETA to use this version of JedCore. Which is the version that @StrangeOne101 said above. You can find Beta 10 by clicking Downloads and scrolling down a bit. Look carefully
