FrontCrawl - Chi Passive Addon Ability

FrontCrawl is a passive Chi ability that enhances the user’s swimming speed.
While swimming, the Chi blocker gains a Dolphins Grace effect, allowing them to move faster through the water. This ability does not require activation — it is always active as long as the player is swimming.
