Factions and Permissions help

Hello I am in need of some assistance. I have been on server (like mianite) where I'm guessing they use both Permissionsex or groupmanager and factions. Im stuck where I want new players (default) to spawn in the default spawn so they can pick their factions and the become (members) and spawn in the member spawn. With the addition of them having their prefix such as water, fire , eartg, or air in their respective colors and if they get promoted their title would change from (example water to warrior and still remain blue to show that they are in the water faction). I have been searching for tutorials but no luck.
