IceStream - A stream of ice, name is pretty explanatory

IceStream​
Element: Water / SubElement: Ice

Description: Sneak and click at an icebendable block, then hold sneak to control a stream of ice. If the ice stream hits an entity, it will be slowed.

Functions: Sneak and Left-Click

Permissions: bending.ability.icestream (not default)...

I LOVE this move! To me, it looks like an IceBeam so I am gonna rename it on my server :p. By the way, if you can, add some ice block particles to it to make it look like icebending. But other then that, this move is fantastic! Keep working on improving icebending :D

EDIT: I cannot figure out how to rename a move on my server. If you think its a good idea, rename this "IceBeam". If you don't want to or you don't think its a good idea, you don't have to. :p

You can't rename a move, and i might. I don't see many changes for it in the future though

Ok for anyone that cares, at some point (Maybe soon. Don't quote me though) this will be updated to work for Beta 5+, but I'm making it a lot better so it'll be worth the wait.
