Element of attack:Water
Mode:Active
How it works:The picture shows how the water flows out of the target, sneak and click while looking at a person and they will have constant damage which lasts as long as a burn, no way to hydrate yourself unless you jump in water before the effect is gone, you will also stop taking damage after the effect is gone, which is, as stated above, as long as a burn(without armor)

This sounds extremely scary and it never happened in either of the shows...
We saw something similar across elements, and in the same element.
Namely: Zaheer.
Namely: Katara. Remember that seen when Katara took the water out of Aangs lungs/body, WHEN SHE STILL WASN'T A MASTER?!?!

Anyways, this would probably only be useable in a situation similar to suffocation, which is almost never.

That's way different.. She pulled fluid that wasn't INSIDE of someone to the point where she could dehydrate them.. It was just in Aang's lungs
Actually, not even. Water doesn't fill in your lungs until you're ALREADY dead. When water goes down your windpipe it hits a reflex that blocks it from going into your lungs and causes permanent damage, like the way some diseases do. Water only enters your lungs when you suffocate beause the muscle blocking water from entering your lungs keeps air out of them too. So really, she just pulled water out of his throat in one big blob.

When water reaches the airway, the first response is to cough or swallow the water. This typically results inmore water entering the body
As water contacts the lower airways, throat spasms, trying to seal off the path to the lungs. With nowhere else to go, water frequently finds its way into the stomach.
the throat relaxes after the person becomes unconscious. The relaxation allows water to flow into the lungs
Aang was unconcious leaving water in the lungs and stomach ;)

Because he was unconscious doesn't mean that happened. Your heart keeps beating if you're unconscious. You keep breathing when you sleep. Water only fills your lungs when you die and your muscles release.

Yeah, well, katara wasn't a master waterbender, I am sure a bloodbender could pull this off. Try, The equivalent of Zaheer?

No it wouldn't. Because there's a difference.
What Zaheer did: Pull the air from the Earth Queen's respiratory system by creating a current of air which pulled air from her, and prevented her from bringing more in.

What's being suggested:
Using waterbending, pull molecules of water that are SMALLER THAN CELLS in a combat situation? Not even possible. You would need to locate the water in the cytoplasm of a cell, and then pull it out, like all the way out so it's not reabsorbed. Then move on to the next cell, do the same. Attempt to do this 10 trillion times before they attack you and kill you.

Don't get it? Here's a simpler example.

There's a balloon. It's 30% rubber and 70% latex
It's filled with air.
What Zaheer did was untie the not at the mouth of the balloon and let the air out.
What's being suggested: Separate the latex from the rubber in roughly a minute

It would make sense if you make someone sweat excessively to the point where they are dehydrated.

Note: This shouldn't work on pigs cuz they don't sweat;)

So basically, what waterbenders do with plants.

your arguement is void, you pretty much said it yourself we dont know what happened so please go away hater, google what happens when you drown.

do you just hate on every move thats posted? im pretty sure if it can be done on plants it can be done on people, bloodbending is still possible so it would be possible to bend the water out of a persons body weather being through the skin or through the mouth its still a valid and very possible move ^_^

like drawing the metalic poison from korra they tried a waterbender first but it didnt work, why? because it was metalic, if it was a water based poison katara or kya could have pulled it out, i think doing this move would take the same effect as suffocate but with a burn notice (charge time to represent the slowness of the move)

i mean watrbenders can draw water from thin air if its moist enough and the human body just screams moisture

let's all dehydrate eachother this sounds fun ok

i think this move is to much like fire blast because when you hit the sand it turns to fire. and pikachu can't even be slayd so I don't see how draining the water out of your body could possibly catch a pokemon and make you a master airbender. here's my canon proof

O. waterbends the air out of it
