You put them in the Abilities folder within /plugins/ProjectKorra

Then you should read the overview page on the move and check if it's compatible with the ProjectKorra/spigot version you are using.
Not all moves available are updated to work for the latest version.

also not all resources go inside of the abilities folder. if you download something labeled as a side plugin it’ll go inside the plugin folder. you gotta check the installation instructions.
