custom abilities not working

I downloaded 4 abilities of this site and i put them in the project korra folder, then the abilities folder. When i started up my server none of the elements had any abilities. Did i put the abilities in the wrong place or what. Please help. Thank You.

"Make sure the abilities you are using are up to date, and that you are running the latest ProjectKorra version (1.8.0 Beta 9)"
