With Cool-Down changeable in the config, the player never really knows when they can use there abilities again.
-Solution
Many plugins use the side text box. I think it would work wonders if it could be coded, so it shows your bound abilities. *Configurable* The ability will be green when can be used, red when not OR The ability will have a count-down next to it.
Of course it should be able to be toggled off, if it annoys some players, but this would be ideal in battle. It keeps from spamming, waiting for attacks to go off.
(Mcmmo uses this feature and it fits extremely well)
