Resolved Commands do not work

I can not use any Plugin command! Neither to choose the type of bending or to allocate them in the fast access. When I type the command to choose from bending, it appears in the chat box: "/bending" and nothing else.

I'm playing with version 1.13.2 and core 1.8.7

umm yeah, projectkorra isn't 1.13 compatible yet

There is no official version of ProjectKorra released for 1.13 yet, but you can find a work in progress 1.13 version at https://github.com/Simplicitee/ProjectKorra/tree/wip-1.13 . You will have to compile it yourself, however.
