Bug Report Chi Blocking Passive Messes Up Bending

  • Which plugin you are using - Project Korra Core
  • Which version of the plugin you are using (Can be found with /bending version) - 1.7.0 BETA 7
  • Where the bug exists (Is it in an ability, a command, etc) - Chiblocker's Passive
  • A detailed description of the bug you found. - When you have chiblocking in your element list, the chiblocking passive causes ALL moves such as icespike, torrent, earthblast, fireblast, walloffire, ect. to disable a person's bending.
  • What should be happening instead - It shouldn't happen at all. Moves like the ones listed above shouldn't disable bending.
