Fixed Can't use certain commands or bending

Hi there! I've been told to post this error message by StrangeOne101 so that other dev's can help me out and overall look at the situation.

I get this message every time a non-bender attempts to use certain bending commands such as /b ch <element>, /b w <Name>, however abilities display perfectly fine when using /b d <element/subelement> and /b b <ability> works however moves can not be blinded since the element isn't chosen.
