Can't Bend at all

I just created my server for bending and when i joined and bound all of my moves, they don't work. All of the passives work for all the elements but I can't use my moves for some reason... Can anyone help ?

We're gonna need some information from you before we can help you Bcp.

Stuff like:
Spigot version?
Mc version?
Pk version?
Console errors?
-and if necessary- Debug file?
