Fixed Cannot use Fourth Metal Clip

  • Which plugin you are using: Project Korra Core 1.6.0 Beta 11
  • Which version of the plugin you are using: 1.6.0 Beta 11
  • Where the bug exists: Ability- MetalClips
  • A detailed description of the bug you found: When i try to use MetalClips as an Op, I can use three, and not shoot the last one. I have looked in the config and seen nothing, and have even given my self the perm as an op. I do not believe I am using it wrong, and I would like some help figuring out why it is not working.
  • What should be happening instead: The fourth metal clip should crush the target

It seems you would need to add this permission:
bending.ability.MetalClips.4clips
