Bug Report Cacti are Taking Over!!

Ok i'm running Spigot 1.8 with PK version 1.6.0 Beta 15
and cacti are spawning and growing over all oceans.

I'm not certain if this is due to pk.

Currently there is no console error related to this problem.

My other plugins are:
TimTheEnchanter, WorldEdit, FrameProtect, Buycraft, MassiveCore, Heads, CustomItemsAPI, Vault, Multiverse-Core, PermissionsEx, dynmap, iConomy, PreGenerator, InstaSoup, BattleAxe, MarriageMaster, 1vs1, ClearLag, Votifier, AutoSaveWorld, HolographicDisplays, SimpleSpawn, mcMMO, MobArena, Whois, Essentials, WorldBorder, Jobs, SimpleVoteListener, NBTEditor, SignShop, AuthMe, EssentialsChat, Factions, BendingScoreboard

This is what happends if ppl download random plugins

Why are you using PreGenerator? It's outdated, uninstall it and see if cactus still spawn in NEW chunks
