Suggestion Buff Lightning

I feel like lightning in it's current state is incredibly underwhelming and does nowhere near enough damage for the charge time. In the shows, lightning is one of the strongest things a firebender is capable of, I think that should be the same for the plugin.

Lightning is highly configurable. Use the configuration to change the ability to be however you want it to be. You can even use the 'arc' values to change how it looks.
