[Plant] Blossom - Plantbending move to create plants by prride LiamRP and Shookified

The Plantbending move to create grass, flowers and mushrooms. Useful for when theres a lack of plant sources needed for water and plant moves.

Shookified updated Blossom with a new update entry:

Blossom v2.0 gardening

Blossom will now be able to fully grow planted seeds such as wheat, carrots, pumpkins, melons, potatoes and nether wart when crouched nearby a planted seed / nether wart source.

Under water update.

-Blossom now spawns seagrass and kelp when used underwater, meaning if you add seagrass and kelp to the list of water bendable plants, you can now have under water sources and fights.
