Bloodbending needs to have a feature where by moving the bloodbended body/entity to the ice, the ice would shatter or atleast shatter and then turn into water(like you normally break the ice with hand). This could work by moving your cursor quickly enough (while you bloodbend an entity) to the ice to make ut shatter or by simply holding an entity 1.5s long ,it will cause the side of ice(the one that the entity is touching) to shatter. After it shatters the user could then continue moving the entity and could move it out from the ice (duh)
Pros: with this ,you could bloodbend your teammate to break him free who was incased in the ice(by surge or torrent). This would also help you move your enemies through ice that froze themselves for avoiding any projectiles by camping in the ice for as long as they want. This would make bloodbending as an advantage over icebenders
Cons: You won't be able to move players that are inprisoned in packed ice domes.
Canoon: This was used in a scene where hama was fightning katara during full move. Hama used this over aang and zuke to make them bumm into each other by breaking them through out the ice ,which katara have froze them both to the trees in order to protect herself by them.

This could be either for a rpg or core ,so this suggested for both of them
