Avatarstate doesn't work. At all, even with proper permissions
What should be happening instead?
It should be working. I have bending.admin, All 4 Elements (And Chi), and Bending.ability.avatarstate.
I don't have access to the console for this server but if and when I do and this is still a prevalent bug I'll let you know.

(This fixes when I restart though yet I'd still like to know why it breaks every now and then. Beta errors
